Well, let's give this a whirl shall we. Since all my friends are doing this I thought I would jump on the band wagon as well. I'm not one for keeping these things up but we'll see how it goes.
So let's see hmmm...It's a week before Christmas and all through house, not a creature was stirring, except for my former British roommates Carole and Stu. They were living with me here in Lake Louise but now they are moving out since they are no longer working at the Post Hotel. I am happy for them that they are moving on to bigger and better things but over the past month I've gotten to know them and am really going to miss them. Fortunatley they are not moving very far. Just down the road so hopefully I will still get to see them every once in awhile.
Actually me and some of our friends are going to help them move here in a little bit. Should be fun...nothing like helping people move in minus 25 degree weather. Oh well, what are friends for :)
Was suppose to go into Banff today with my other roommate, Ilenia but the bus never showed up. We found out that it is actually an hour behind scheduale. Frig that! Wasn't that keen on going in the first place. Will try again tomorrow. Maybe somebody from work is going in.
Talked to my mom, and the girls tonight (over at Jen U's place) Mom is doing good. My sister Anne is now home from Truro for Christmas which i am happy about. At least mom will have someone around the house for a bit. The girls are doing well too. Talk to them briefly and I guess they are all getting ready to hop into the hot tub..lucky dogs :(
Well I guess that's it for now. Gonna go help the ex roomies move and then maybe head over to the Housekeeping house. One of the girls there is having a birthday party so I think everyone is pretty much going. Will see..I have to work early tomorrow so I can't stay long. Famous last words :S
